The Story
A story of Redemption, struggle and Love
The story: In 1987, the golden age of Hip Hop has begun. The music has given voice to young men and women battling the tribulations of the decade of transformation.
Solomon Bell uses his notebook as a way to escape the turmoil around him. Once he hears “Rappers Delight”, for the first time, his eyes and his creativity are sparked.
A group of teenagers use their love of Hip Hop rhymes, and lyrics to save their family and their community.
