YOUR VOICE RISES
MY STORY
I was born in Jamaica and came to America as a baby. I grew up in New York and have spent a significant amount of my life in Atlanta. I've been blessed with a wonderful Son and wife over the last several decades. A few years ago I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis which has had a material impact on my life.
I'm a passionate storyteller, captivating audiences through the power of theatre and insightful leadership development. As a playwright, my works explore the complexities of the human experience, leaving audiences moved and reflecting on the world around them.
Giving Voice on Stage and Screen
Beyond the stage, I leverage my experience as a playwright and public speaker to guide and inspire leaders. My leadership consultancy helps individuals and teams unlock their full potential, fostering communication, collaboration, and a culture of success.
Connect and Engage
Please stay connected with me on social media, @Winstonawilson (on all platforms) for the latest updates on my plays, upcoming speaking engagements, and leadership development workshops. I'm always eager to spark conversations and share the power of storytelling and impactful leadership.

More about my story
I was born in Jamaica, and had a wonderful experience growing up in New York. I spent most of my years in Roosevelt out on Long Island. I am proud to be from the same place as Julius Erving, Eddie Murphy, Public Enemy, and so many other greats.. Growing up around so much success fueled me with ambition that is part of my makeup. Another aspect of what has shaped my world view is the example of my parents leaving their country to come to United States with the aspiration to create a life for their family. I graduated from St. Joh's University ( New York ) and a I have an MBA from Kennesaw State University ( Georgia ). I'm so in love with my grown son ( Caesar ) and my partner for over thirty years ( Cherry ). Each day of my life I focus on two objectives. How do I learn something of value and what one thing I can do for my fellow humans. I spend time with my organization, Rising Tides Charity. I also love to be part of the community and thankful to be part of organizations that inspire creativity as an innate power of our collective spirit. As I battle through my disease Multiple Sclerosis, my focus on giving my all to the world becomes sharper.
